Tennis pro Naomi Osaka is considering investing in cryptocurrency, due in part to buzz around meme coin Dogecoin. Osaka has released two different sets of NFT collectibles, including a series launched by Tom Brady’s Autograph.io startup last week. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service (USPIS), the law enforcement arm of the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), is re-thinking the way it handles crypto-related investigations. According to an internal audit report published last Thursday, the agency said its management of seized cryptocurrency assets and crypto-related investigative procedures need to be improved. Lesetja Kganyago, governor of the South African Reserve Bank (SARB), has argued against classifying crypto as currencies. According to a report by MoneyWeb, the central bank chief likened crypto to assets rather than currency during an interactive session at the Wits Business School Leadership Dialogues. Ethereum has skirted through what could possibly be a catastrophic event, after the main Ethereum blockchain was forced to split due to the severity of a known bug.
